Pretty pastel coloured pieces of hard fondant that as you suck go soft and crumbly in your mouth. It is very sweet with subtle flavours of perfume and fruit except for the brown pieces which have a wonderful ginger flavour. This version by Buchanans is creamier and less crumbly than the Ross's variety which we also stock.
